Update on injured MARRC cornerworker Roger Stier

Roger Stier, the MARRC cornerworker injured in the line of duty on June 21 at Summit Point Raceway, is recovery at his home in Carlisle, PA. His tibula and fibula were broken when stuck by a motorcycle endo-ing through Turn 5.

Roger Stier is resting and mending well at his home in Carlisle, PA. He left INOVA Fairfax Hospital on Monday, June 29. He has medical insurance, is taking time off from his job with the State of Pennsylvania, and is in good spirits. He has a wheelchair and can get about with relative ease. His wife Mabel is there to assist him whenever necessary. He wants everyone to know he is "Just Fine." Doctors expect him to fully recover.

The Mid-Atlantic Road Racing Club is accepting donations for Roger care of the MARRC Injured Riders Fund at PO Box 2292, Wheaton, MD 20915
